The broad, cross-functional skills offered by an MBA education are valued by employers who need flexible managers able to perform a variety of tasks in a dynamic international market. Link Campus, the satellite institution of the University of Malta, has created an MBA Programme geared towards horizontal thinkers who will attain a broad and solid preparation in the core business functions.

Our Mission is to bridge the management training gap between learning institutions and the business sector, to prepare leaders with the fundamental managerial skills required to deal effectively with financial statements, human resources, organisational challenges, strategic planning and risk management in an ever-changing world.

Our faculty comprises established professionals committed to conveying their knowledge and experience through quality teaching. Our hands-on curriculum, based on active learning and applied research, endows the students with the essential skills in communication, informational analysis, critical thinking and decision-making, needed to expand their managerial responsibilities and enhance their career advancement.
